Apple discovers a calculation error
Apple has issued a statement regarding the iPhone reception problems - turns out that the antenna is fine ... but the formula used to calculate the signal strength wasn't - even on the older iPhone models. Here's the letter they've published describing the problem (and the forthcoming solution).
