Apple patches Java critical vulnerabilities
Apple today released an update to Java addressing a number of highly critical vulnerabilities in the software. The update fixes issues discussed earlier, and it should now be safe to re-enable Java in Safari, Firefox and other browsers. The update is available from Apple for Mac OS X 10.4 and Mac OS X 10.5.
