Safari 3.1 released, improves stability and security

Safari 3.1 has been released, and addresses over a dozen security issues, improves the performance of JavaScript and provides support for a number of newer web standards. The release is available for Mac OS X and Windows XP/Vista, and can be downloaded directly from Apple as a standalone installer, or by way of the Software Update application, located in the Apple menu.
