an article today describing the savings that
some organizations, including Electronic Arts, are realizing by migrating to
Linux and other Open Source Software solutions: "
Electronic Arts saved
35
percent
on
the
cost
of
the computer servers it uses to host its online gaming site when it replaced
2,000
machines
with 800
new ones that run on Linux."
